To subscribe to it on your devices you may need to know the following information. Note that not all users should click on this ICS link immediately - please follow instructions below for your device:

FIXTURES & EVENTS CALENDAR

Apple iPhone, iPod, iPad

Use your phones web browser to navigate to http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/lingfieldcc/calendar/. Click the "SUBSCRIBE" link on the page (top right) or use the .ics link above and the iPhone, iPod or iPad should ask you if you want to add the calendar to your phone/tablet calendar - always take the option to Subscribe when adding a new calendar so events automatically update whenever added or changed. It will then be available as a separate calendar in your phones calendar App. Alternatively copy the link above and paste it into an email and send it to yourself. When you open the email on your phone and click the link you will be prompted to confirm that you want to subscribe to the calendar.

Apple iCal for iMac or MacBook

You can also use the link to subscribe to the calendar from other ical friendly calendars such as Apple's iCal where you click "Subscribe..." from the "Calendar" section of the menu bar and paste the link. Make sure you allow for alarms (optional)/attachments/ but not to-do items. Set the auto-refresh time as necessary ("daily" would be OK).

Microsoft Windows - MS Outlook 2007 (or newer)

For Outlook 2007 (or newer) do not load the link above or this will create a local version of this calendar rather than a subscription to the calendar. To subscribe you need go into your Account Manager in Outlook (Tools > Account Settings) and switch to the Internet Calendars tab. Here you can both change the settings on existing subscriptions, and add new subscriptions by clicking "New". Once you enter (copy and paste) the calendar link in the dialog box, Outlook will create the subscription.

Personal Google Calendar
- This step may be required by Android & Blackberry users

a. In the calendar section of your GMail/Google Apps account there is a list on the left of calendars available to view.
b. At the bottom right of that list is the word "Add"
c. If you click this word and select "Add by URL" you can cut and paste the link. Ignore the check box about making it publicly available.

Android Phone
- Read above step ref Google Calendar before proceeding

If you are using one of the latest Android phones then the subscription to LCC Diary may well work on your device by clicking the main ICS link above (same instructions as Apple iPhone basically).

However, this calendar will also work on older Android devices by setting your device to sync with either your own personal Google account if you have followed the steps above in advance.

Blackberry
- Read above step ref Google Calendar before proceeding

The Blackberry will not directly subscribe to iCal (.ics) files so you should set up via Google Calendar which you can add the calendar to using the instructions above. You would then need to install Google Sync on your Blackberry device and have it sync to your Google calendar.
