After playing a record five matches in the FA Vase last season our journey ended in this season's competition after just one. Having scored in the first minutes, Billingshurst had something to defend and that is just what they did. Despite dominating the majority of the match in search of a goal, with a resolute defence and an in form keeper Billingshurst stopped us from scoring. They advance into the Second Round Proper and a trip the South Eastern Counties side Faversham Town. We will no doubt be back to starting in the First Qualifying Round in next season's competition.
